Grown at an altitude of 1700 meters in the Huila region, in the heart of the mountains of southern Colombia, Cerro El Pital is an exceptional coffee from an exclusive partner farm. Selected by the COAGROBRISAS cooperative and certified by the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia, it meets some of the most demanding quality and bean maturity criteria in the world.
Roasted with binchotan — traditional Japanese charcoal — the beans are cooked evenly, from core to surface, without excessive moisture. This rare process preserves the natural oils of the bean and mellows acidity, while revealing the aromatic complexity of the terroir.
In the cup: citrus notes, a slight fruity touch, and a subtle sweetness that lingers on the finish. A coffee with character, without aggressive bitterness.
